All available rooms are in shared houses which are fully furnished and have double glazing throughout, Gas Central Heating, a bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with cupboards, cooker, microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine and a communal area with colour television.

Current Gas and Electric safety certificates apply to all houses.

Full accreditation from Cardiff City Council has been gained for all houses.

All rooms have at least a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.

All tenants are required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and put down a £300 deposit. All rents are exclusive of gas and electricty bills.
