All our houses are fully-furnished and have double glazing throughout, Gas Central Heating, a bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with cupboards, cooker, microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine and a communal area.

Current Gas and Electric safety certificates apply to all houses.

Full accreditation from Cardiff City Council has been gained for all houses.

All rooms have at least a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.

All tenants are required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. All rents are exclusive of bills.
